Harbor Charter — Terms of Trade

Article I — Scope of the atlas

This harbor charter governs every transaction for HSN 0709 fresh vegetables including squash rows, brassica groves, stem spears, salad greens and regional specialty lots placed through Appily Thirteen. By entering the soil atlas storefront you accept the articles herein without reservation.

Article II — Registered trader

APPILY THIRTEEN HARVEST TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN: 32AABCT1313F1Z3 operates Deck 13 of the harbor crate desk at Deck 13, Harbor Crate Annex, Coastal Produce Yard, Kochi, Kerala 682001.

Article III — Lot specifications

Catalogued lots are fresh vegetables for personal and household consumption. Crate photographs show representative harvest quality; individual roots, leaves and stems may vary by regional block and seasonal pick.

• All manifest prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) under HSN 0709 vegetable classification.
• Row availability shifts with harvest calendars and inbound truck schedules.
• Declared net weights follow accepted wholesale rounding tolerances.

Article IV — Member eligibility

Checkout requires a verified email account. Members confirm they are of legal purchasing age or act with guardian consent.

Article V — Settlement instruments

• A manifest closes upon successful prepaid settlement or authorised Cash on Delivery.
• Accepted rails: UPI, card, net banking and COD on serviceable lanes.
• COD manifests include the courier fee shown beside the payable total at review.

Article VI — Tribunal & jurisdiction

Indian law applies to all harbor transactions. Disputes are subject to courts at our registered Kochi desk address.
