Returns Charter

1. When returns are considered

We review return or exchange requests when the wrong vegetable lot arrives, goods arrive visibly damaged, or the shipment materially differs from the manifest description. File within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the crate contents.

2. Excluded lots

• Produce stored outside recommended chilled conditions after delivery
• Items showing consumption, trimming or repacking
• Returns missing original crate labels or batch stickers

3. Refund timeline

Approved prepaid refunds return to the original instrument within 5–8 business days. COD refunds settle by bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
