1. Before the crate leaves

Cancel through Track & Support while the manifest status reads "processing." Prepaid amounts refund within 4–6 business days.

2. After dispatch

Once the harbor label prints, cancellations follow the Returns Charter. Refuse delivery only after contacting the signal deck.
