1. Information we chart

Appily Thirteen records account credentials, delivery coordinates, order manifests, payment confirmations and support correspondence needed to fulfil vegetable shipments.

2. How the atlas uses data

Authenticate members and secure the checkout deck
Dispatch crates and share courier tracking signals
Respond to harbor desk enquiries and grievance filings
Improve row listings and seasonal availability forecasts

3. Sharing with partners

We share delivery details only with payment processors and logistics partners bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal charts to advertisers.

4. Retention & erasure

Order manifests are retained for statutory periods. Members may request account erasure by writing to support@appilythirteen.com subject to legal hold requirements.

5. Cookies & beacons

Session cookies keep your crate active; analytics beacons measure deck performance. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
